In seguito, nel 1919, nacque Bruno Zanasi che, sin da giovanissimo, fu avvicinato al mondo dell’agricoltura affinché imparasse il mestiere ormai avviato da suo padre. Nel 1952, finita la guerra e la prigionia, si sposò. Da questa unione vennero al mondo due figli: Marinella e Luigi (così chiamato per onorare il padre ormai scomparso, ora proprietario di un allevamento di suini per la produzione del prosciutto di Modena e di Parma, e di una stalla per la produzione di latte per il Parmigiano Reggiano). Nel 1978 Bruno, con l’appoggio dei suoi figli, acquistò 11 ettari di terreno dal Conte Ranuzzi Dei Bianchi di Bologna. Fu questo l’inizio di una nuova Azienda!
Nel susseguirsi degli anni Bruno ristrutturò la propria tenuta acquistando nuovi terreni nelle vicinanze di Castelnuovo, Castelvetro. Ad oggi, nell’ azienda agricola Zanasi oltre a Marinella, lavora suo figlio Marco che con l'aiuto di sua moglie Mara e grazie agli insegnamenti del nonno Bruno guida l’azienda e prosegue ciò che il nonno ha costruito con grande fatica e sacrificio. Anche Matteo, suo fratello, nonostante per indole abbia scelto di lavorare nel settore finanziario, aiuta con passione Marco nell’Azienda di famiglia.

1919 kam Bruno Zanasi zur Welt, der schon von klein auf mit der Landwirtschaft vertraut gemacht wurde, damit er einmal in die Fußstapfen seines Vaters treten konnte. 1952, nach dem Kriegsende und der Gefangenschaft, heiratete er. Aus der Ehe gingen zwei Kinder hervor: Marinella und Luigi (nach dem Großvater benannt, der inzwischen verstorben war; er besitzt heute eine Schweinezucht für die Herstellung von Modena- und Parmaschinken und einen Stall für die Produktion von Milch für Parmigiano Reggiano). 1978 erwarb Bruno, mit der Unterstützung seiner Kinder, 11 Hektar Land vom Grafen Ranuzzi Dei Bianchi aus Bologna. Dies war der Beginn eines neuen Betriebs!
Im Laufe der Jahre vergrößerte Bruno sein Weingut durch den Zukauf weiterer Grundstücke in der Nähe von Castelnuovo, Castelvetro. Heute arbeitet im landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb außer Marinella auch ihr Sohn Marco, der mit Hilfe seiner Frau Mara und dank des Vorbilds seines Großvaters Bruno den Betrieb leitet und das Werk fortführt, das dieser mit viel Mühe und Opfern geschaffen hat.
